Pokemon movies with talking Pokemon!

i've noticed that most of the pokemon movies include lengendaries that can talk! Except for Lucario....he's not legendary!
the legendaries i've seen talk are by mouth OR by telepathy.

Pokemon are: Darkrai, Lucario, Shaymin, Latias and Latios (?) and another legendary pokemon but i forgot...

What does this mean to you?

Obviously, they`re legendary Pokemon. >> What does that mean to me? That the legendary Pokemon are special unlike the normal ones.
